An artist friend who I have traveled with, painted with, laughed with, and cried with asked me to participate in a charity event coming up in the Fall. The proceeds will go to the homeless.
So here's my project. I can do any kind of art on this substrate, a cotton twill apron donated by Dick Blick Art Supplies. I thought about doing the typical things: eggs, butter, flour, milk, etc. Then I thought about doing a flower piece in an abstract fashion, just lots of colors splashed up there. Now I'm thinking a lady (Mexican saint?) with a shawl and sugar skull face.
Chime in if anyone has a better idea.
